1. Overview

Modlo provides delivery across Australia, with a focus on a seamless, premium experience.

2. Delivery Options

Delivery may include:

  • Standard delivery (door-to-door)
  • Premium / white-glove delivery (placement and setup)

Availability depends on location and product.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be provided at purchase.

Typical timelines:

  • Made to order items: 10-14 weeks

Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing timelines
  • Shipping or port delays
  • External logistics factors
  • Overseas public holidays

4. Delivery Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate delivery details
  • Safe and accessible entry (doorways, stairs, lifts)
  • Someone is present to receive delivery (if required). If the customer requests that the product is left unattended and the product is stolen or damaged, this is at the risk of the customer.

Modlo takes no responsibility should furniture not fit within the desired space upon delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer to confirm this prior to ordering.

5. Failed Delivery

Additional charges may apply if:

  • Delivery cannot be completed due to access issues
  • No one is available to receive the order
  • Redelivery is required

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

You must inspect items upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues.

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos and details

We will assess and resolve in line with our Returns Policy.

8. Storage Fees

If delivery is delayed at your request, storage fees may apply.

9. Remote Areas

Additional delivery fees may apply for regional or remote locations. We reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a refund for orders received in remote areas, which is at Modlo’s discretion.
